Lily Allen!

Known in the fashion circuit for her shiny, flashy, girly, vintage-inspired frocks, Lily Allen's style has always captured my special attention. Although I can't agree with her choice to sometimes wear huge sneakers with these dresses, I can absolutely share her love of pretty dresses.

For her style? I'd check out Target, Forever 21, and Brass Plum. Vintage stores are also a great place to get some of those really unique dresses.
