She somehow mixes fun vintage with sophistication, and still manages to look awesome. You have no idea how hard it was just to pick a couple outfits to show you. I highly suggest you Google Image search her now. :)
Her style is purely vintage and inspired, so you should start at your local thrift and vintage stores. Forever 21 will definitely help accessory-wise.
